The prize in hand. The choice on the phone.
At the tournament the winners get the prize plaque on the pitch right away. They pick the size themselves on their phone - and the club gets an overview and one combined order afterwards.
What a prize plaque can look like
A cut-out PVC plaque, printed in the club's colours, with the tournament name and the placing. Every plaque has its own QR code at the bottom - so the choice the child makes on the phone belongs to exactly the plaque they are holding.

The example is Ribe Cup 2026. Club logo, colours, text and prizes are adapted to the tournament - the silhouette and QR field stay the same, so the plaques read as one set.
How it works
For the players
- 1The plaque is handed over on the pitch - with a QR code that is theirs alone.
- 2They scan, pick a size and enter name and team. No app, no login.
- 3The receipt is the code itself: scan the plaque again and the choice is still there.
- 4The prize is collected in the fan zone - staff scan the plaque and see the choice.
For the club and the tournament
- 1Prizes and sizes are set up as articles in the club platform.
- 2Overview during the tournament: how many have chosen, what they chose - hour by hour.
- 3Wrong choices are reset with one click. If something goes wrong, all codes are switched off at once.
- 4After the tournament one combined order is formed with sizes and names for printing.
